Delivery & Installation
So what happens after all the planning and after your order is placed? From the moment that our manufacturer acknowledges your order, we begin preparing for the arrival of your new product. Once it arrives, we check every piece to make sure it is correct according to our plan and assure it's damage free. Next, you get the call to schedule the day and time of your new product delivery and setup. Unlike others, we always include the staff member that worked with you from the beginning as part of this team. They know your plan and can best guarantee the desired result.

Product Warranty Services
Because the products we provide are commercial grade, there are specific manufacturers' warranties in place.

If a product fails due to manufacturer’s defect, we will contact the factory to verify the terms of the warranty, determine the parts required and complete the installation per the manufacturer’s terms and specifications.

If the product is damaged during use or is out of warranty, we will provide all costs for the repair up-front. There will be no hidden or surprise costs.
